White Oak Key of F#m Native American Old Style Flute, Tree of Life Designs

Native style, six hole flute in the key of F# minor. Hand crafted from
gorgeously grained white oak.

This striking looking flute is bored from a solid blank of white oak. Topped
with multiple, hand rubbed coats of 100% natural oil and wax finish for a
gentle, warm glow. The classic style bird block is crafted from mahogany with a
walnut core. The bird is secured with laces of contrasting deer hide leather.
The flute also features my signature hand burned "morning star" with inlaid
abalone cabochon center below the sound hole, with seven smaller abalone
cabochons inlaid in between the finger holes down the body of the flute. This
flute has a 1/2" open mouthpiece, and can make playing easy with the slightest
breath.

This flute is a "Modern Old Style" design with hand turned and textured
beading with red pigment. The wood was stained using natural mineral pigments
and oils, and aged for a weathered appearance. This is not a replica flute, but
my modern stylized interpretation of the old style flutes, with hand-turned
beading on the lathe, and earth pigments stained for contrast.

This is a sexy and striking looking flute with a warm and vibrant voice that
plays clear and loud! It plays well with great action and excellent
backpressure. The overall look and style of the flute will turn some heads! The
overall length is 22" with a 7/8" bore and weighs 11 oz. The flute comes
provided with a hand sewn fleece draw string bag for storage and protection.
